Terms of Service

last updated: July 23Rd 2026AgreementBy commissioning artwork, you agree to these Terms. These terms apply for all commissions unless otherwise discussed and signed in a contract between the two parties.1. Commission Process
You must provide clear references and a description of the requested artwork.—> clear references can be in a written format or through images• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.• Estimated completion times are approximate and may change due to workload, health, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified what my current progress looks is.2. Compensationpayment and prices are in €/EUR• Full payment is to be provided upfront unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
• Payment is paid via bank transfer or paypal.• You agree to provide me your name, address and e-mail for invoice, receipt and tax purposes.• for refunds see: 8. cancellation• rush order fees: if your deadline is less than 1,5 months I will charge a 50€ priority fee3. Revisions• You are entitled to revisions and feedback during the sketch phase. Once the sketch is approved revisions cannot be guaranteed.• Major changes after approval of the sketch or after rendering begins may be impossible or result in additional fees.• Requests that significantly alter the original concept may require a new commission.4. Delivery• Finished artwork will be delivered digitally in a format of your choice (pdf, jpeg, png, psd, tiff)• Source files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.5. Copyright and Usage• I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork unless a copyright agreement has been discussed and signed via contract.• Personal use: You receive a non-exclusive license for personal use
Commercials use: You receive full licensing rights for the provided artwork.• You may not claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature without permission.6. Artist RightsI may:
• Display the artwork in portfolios, social media, or galleries unless otherwise discussed.• Post work-in-progress images unless the commission is confidential.• Decline future commissions from clients who violate these terms.Won't do
• Hate speech or discriminatory content• Illegal content• Content that infringes on another person's intellectual property• Any other content I am uncomfortable creatingNSFW content policy• 18+ content is possible• all characters must be adults (at least 18 years old)• I’m open to vanilla sex or darker themes, please feel free to send me your idea, no trigger warnings necessary.7. ConfidentialityIf requested before work begins, I will keep the commission private until an agreed release date.8. CancellationClient Cancellation:
• Before work begins: Full refund• After work begins: sketch phase: 50%, no refund if the sketch has been approved, the payment is then finalArtist Cancellation:If I cancel the commission before completion, you will receive a full refund.9. AI policyI do not allow ANY AI usage in any process of my work and beyond.10. Commercial CommissionsThese terms of service apply for both private and commercially used art commissions. If any additional terms need to be implemented for commercial use, the client has to provide a contract both parties can agree upon.
